Scientifically we know human being’s are, on average, made up of 7 billion billion billion atoms. Quantum physics shows us that when we travel deep into the atom we see there are just energy waves, constantly in motion. We are embracing the idea that The Universe or perception of physical reality is made of energy and our entire body is simply vibrational, including the emotions & feelings we hold on to.
Knowing this, we realise we can work with energy in a profound manner to reform our reality. Colour is an energy that mirrors back to us how we are feeling. Whether that is positively or negatively, it stabilises our em-
otions and makes it much easier to express those emotions as words. It is the language of the soul and works on a deep cellular level to clear blocks and negative feelings sitting inside of you, unravelling the roots of the problem rather than focusing on the surface issue.
Emily has a corporate background in high end residential interior design in the prime central London property market. Combining her passion for creating beautiful spaces and improving life situations from the inside out – Emily works holistically with the energy of colour to provide unique creative journeys for private and corporate clients. She loves working with the existing energy of your home or work scenarios, guiding you through the creative process of re-design, to transform and empower lives.

Having just bought a flat in Tring High Street, I asked Emily if she would help me as I was feeling
rather overwhelmed and unsure where to start with a ‘ make over ‘ of our beautiful but blank
